Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow two business days to process your order. Expect an email within two business days to let you know your order is on the way!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Orders are generally shipped within two days, and delivery is standard within 2 – 7 days, depending on which shipping method is selected. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thelightproviders.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
