Sending to Family Abroad
How can I ship the light to my family members abroad?
As of right now, we do not ship abroad on your behalf.
You can purchase the light in the US and ship it to your family member abroad. If you travel back home, you take the light as a carry-on item.
Please note that the wireless light contains lithium batteries, so it cannot be placed in checked luggage. The solar panel, however, can be packed in checked luggage without restrictions. We are currently working on different solutions to make our lights available for purchase in the regions across the globe that need them the most. Will this work for my family members abroad?
Yes, our wireless lights are designed for areas with unreliable electricity.
If the sun is shining, you can use our portable solar panel to charge your light. They’re perfect for family members abroad, especially in regions like Sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean, where electricity access is unstable.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. for customers purchasing lights for themselves or their family members.

Can I take the wireless light on an airplane?
Yes, you can take the wireless light in your carry-on bag.
However, due to its lithium batteries, it cannot be placed in your checked luggage. The solar panel has no restrictions and can be taken in your carry-on or checked luggage.

Because our Wireless Lights contain lithium-ion batteries, they must be shipped by ground for safety compliance. Ground shipping typically takes 1 to 7 business days, depending on your

How bright is the light?
Our wireless light is as bright as a 75W bulb, or 1100 lumens, providing powerful illumination in any setting. It can effectively light up a room of approximately 100 to 150 square feet (about 9 to 14 square meters).
This is typically the size of a small to medium-sized room, such as a bedroom, living room, or kitchen. You may need to purchase more than one light for larger spaces.
How big of a room can you light up?
Our wireless light can comfortably illuminate a room of up to 150 square feet, making it perfect for homes, small shops, or outdoor areas.
How long does the light stay on?
The wireless light lasts up to 8 hours on maximum brightness after a full charge, making it a reliable light source during power outages. It can last over 24 hours at a full charge on low brightness.
How long does charging the wireless light with the solar panel takes?
In full sunlight, the solar panel can fully charge the two wireless lights in just 5 hours. The ideal time to put out the foldable solar panel is during the day when the sun is at its peak, typically between 10 AM and 4 PM.
I'm having problems with my light or solar panel. What should I do?
First, ensure the solar panel is exposed to full sunlight during the day. The indicator on the solar panel will light up if it receives enough light.
If you're experiencing light or solar panel issues, don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We'll help troubleshoot the problem and, if necessary, assist with a return or replacement.
Can I leave the light and solar panel out in the rain?
The light and solar panel can get wet or endure light splashes of water, but do not leave it in the rain or submerge it.
If it starts to rain, bring the products inside immediately. Please do not use the product or plug if it gets submerged in water, as internal components may be damaged.
What’s the ideal time to put out the foldable solar panel?
The ideal time to put out the foldable solar panel is during the day when the sun is at its peak, typically between 10 AM and 4 PM.
Position the solar panel directly under the sun to maximize charging efficiency and achieve the best results. Avoid placing the light in direct sunlight whenever possible. Instead, use the provided USB cable to connect the light to the solar panel and keep the light in a shaded area while the panel charges in full sun.
How often do I have to recharge the light if left unused?
If the light is not used for an extended period, fully charge it every 180 days to maintain its standby condition.
How long will the wireless light and solar panel last before I need to purchase a new one?
We are still gathering and evaluating customer feedback to understand the real-world usage and lifespan of our wireless lights and solar panels.
However, based on industry standards, the lithium-ion batteries in our lights generally last around 2 to 3 years or about 500 charge cycles, depending on usage. The LED bulbs typically have a lifespan of 10,000 to 50,000 hours, meaning they can last several years with regular use.
Solar panels are known for their durability and can last anywhere from 10 to 25 years, depending on environmental factors and care. While these estimates provide a general guide, actual lifespans may vary depending on usage conditions.
